Zeeve advises clients on venture financing, corporate governance, and regulatory strategy involving frontier technologies, focusing on AI, fintech, blockchain, , and other deep tech.

Zeeve Rose represents technology companies and venture investors across the full company lifecycle, from formations to exit. His practice spans entity formation, venture financing, strategic transactions, general corporate governance, M&As, and public company transactions. He specializes in advising companies building in high-impact, frontier technology sectors.  

Zeeve advises fintech and blockchain clients as they experience business growth and navigate complex regulation and uncertainty. He counsels founders, executive teams, general partners, and boards on structuring and executing equity financings, building compliant token ecosystems, and entering strategic commercial partnerships. His regulatory work is grounded in securities law and extends to advising on digital asset offerings, decentralized protocols, and AI frameworks.  

With knowledge of both transactional and regulatory dynamics, Zeeve helps clients align business strategy with legal obligations in evolving markets. He also contributes to the firm’s thought leadership on emerging technologies.  

Zeeve maintains an active pro bono practice.
