Shelby Respicio is an associate in the Real Estate & Land Use practice. She represents institutional investors, developers, retailers, lenders and servicers, and technology companies in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.
Her practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and real estate financing matters. Shelby advises clients throughout all phases of transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating closings. She has experience with portfolio and multi-site transactions and regularly manages complex deal timelines involving multiple stakeholders.
Shelby also has significant experience reviewing and analyzing title, survey, and related diligence materials, and works closely with title companies, consultants, and opposing counsel to identify and resolve issues and facilitate transaction execution.
She is actively involved in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and participates in bar association and mentorship efforts.
