As Global Co-Chief Operating Officer, Roger oversees all business functions across the firm to enable strategic growth.

As Global Co-COO, Roger Wilkes ensures the successful implementation of all operational activities and guides the firm's strategic growth and alignment. Roger's knowledge and insights play a pivotal role as evolving technologies, such as AI, continue to revolutionize the global economy and influence business practices for the firm and our clients.

Roger's background includes significant experience as COO in professional services organizations. He joined Ashurst Perkins Coie following a long tenure at an Am Law 200 global firm. He also spent nearly two decades at a Big Four accounting and consulting firm, where he led and guided numerous firmwide transformation initiatives for an organization of more than 50,000 people. In recognition of his global transformation work, Roger received the PricewaterhouseCoopers Distinctive Achievement Award for Innovative Offshoring Capability. He is also the recipient of the PwC Excellence Award.

Roger is a member of our Global Leadership Team and the U.S. Regional Management Team. He is a graduate of St. John's University, Tobin College of Business, where he earned an M.B.A., focusing on executive management. He also holds a B.B.A. in accountancy from Baruch College, City University of New York.
