Mark R. Wicker advises clients on all aspects of acquiring, developing, commercializing, and licensing new technologies and products. His clients range from startups to well-established firms in the life sciences, technology, wireless, social media, clean tech, chemical, and material sciences industries.
Mark has built a reputation for developing business models and business-focused legal solutions for the complex challenges biotechnology and life sciences companies face in bringing therapeutics and diagnostics to market. He also works closely with colleagues in IP and patent litigation to develop adversarial licensing programs and negotiate settlement and key licensing agreements. In addition, he has experience advising clients on venture capital financing, public securities offerings, and M&As.
Mark regularly speaks and comments on life sciences and technology issues, including startup formation, capital raising, and licensing transactions.
