For more than 20 years, Kevin Boully has combined his education, including a doctorate in legal communications and a master's degree in forensic psychology, with strategic storytelling and the right approach to persuade at all phases of litigation.
Kevin has consulted and provided strategic advice on the full range of civil litigation, with a focus on patent litigation, complex commercial litigation, and significant energy and environmental litigation. His experience also includes medical malpractice, personal injury and mass injury, and products liability cases. He works in both federal and state jurisdictions . Kevin assists non-jury decision-makers of all types, from arbitration panels to bench trials.
He has published extensively and presented nationally on persuasion in litigation and is the co-author of Patently Persuasive, published by the American Bar Association. Kevin is a past president of the American Society of Trial Consultants (ASTC) and served on the ASTC’s board of directors from 2018 to 2024.
