Jordan Surratt counsels beneficiaries, corporate and private trustees, and executors in trust and estate administration, fiduciary litigation, and related disputes. She advises client through all stages of contested trust and probate matters, including pre-trial pleadings, motion practice, discovery, mediation,  bench trials, and jury trials in Texas state courts.
