Jess has a broad-based transactional M&A practice with a particular focus on middle market transactions.
Jess Batzell advises private equity sponsors, family offices, public and private companies, founders, and management teams in connection with M&A transactions in a wide range of industries, including business services, finance, industrials, beauty and consumer, healthcare, and food and beverage.
Jess also remains partnered with sponsors throughout the lifecycle of an investment, representing the portfolio companies of her sponsor clients in strategic add-on acquisitions, implementing incentive equity programs, and managing operational execution and governance.
