Jennifer Huckleberry has extensive experience defending companies in high-exposure personal injury cases and class actions. Her clients for civil securities litigation include companies, banks, and individuals. She has experience in litigation of both white-collar criminal defense and government enforcement actions. Jennifer has utilized her previous experience leading corporate strategy and portfolio management to prosecute creditor claims in multi-billion dollar bankruptcy litigation.
