Gabe represents emerging technology companies in regulatory compliance, government inquiries, and enforcement actions.
Gabe Khoury advises companies and executives on regulatory and enforcement matters involving cryptocurrencies, blockchain, financial institutions, trading platforms, social media, fintech, gaming, AI, sports law, automotive companies, and other technology-driven businesses operating in highly regulated environments. He routinely helps clients understand and comply with both U.S. and international regulatory frameworks, from state-level requirements to emerging global standards. He also counsels companies on the regulatory implications of AI-driven products and services.
Gabe’s experience in the Middle East informs his work with multinational clients. Fluent in Arabic and familiar with the region’s business and cultural context, he helps companies manage cross-border regulatory risk and handle sensitive matters involving international authorities.
Gabe maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting startups and nonprofits with regulatory requirements and responsible growth, as well as representing clients in asylum and criminal matters.
Gabe earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He previously interned with the SEC’s Crypto Assets and Cyber Unit (now the Cyber and Emerging Technologies Unit). He serves on the Georgetown Law Recent Alumni Council and is a Practice Pro scholar.
