Elle represents startups, enterprise-level businesses, and technology and media companies on commercial transactions and product counseling, focusing on IP, emerging media, and consumer services.
Elle Nicholson counsels clients across a broad range of industries and sectors, including technology, software, social media, financial services, blockchain and non-fungible tokens, energy, media and entertainment, gaming, and sports. She drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, including complex outsourcing contracts, technology and content development and license agreements, distribution agreements, terms of service, software as a service agreements, professional services agreements, and similar transactions.
Elle also advises clients, including public and private companies, investment banks, and private equity firms, on the IP and IT aspects of M&A, whole-business securitizations, project finance, and other corporate transactions.
