Bruce Michael Cross

Prior to his retirement, Bruce Michael Cross had more than 50 years of experience in the areas of labor and employment law, including National Labor Relations Board proceedings, labor negotiations and arbitrations, strikes, picketing, boycotts, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration matters, wage-hour compliance, and class actions.
Bruce dedicated a significant portion of his time to pro bono work. He negotiated collective bargaining agreements and provided general labor and employment advice and counseling to a variety of clients, including large nonprofit organizations with hundreds of employees and smaller social services organizations with as few as five employees.
