When significant business disputes threaten a company’s operations, leadership, or enterprise value, clients turn to Adam.
Adam Mandelsberg represents public and private companies, financial institutions, technology platforms, universities, investors, and individuals in complex commercial litigation and arbitration nationwide. He handles a broad range of high-stakes matters, including contract disputes, business torts, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition claims, shareholder and fiduciary-duty litigation, and False Claims Act actions.
Adam regularly advises businesses, directors, officers, and shareholders in sensitive disputes involving corporate governance, alleged breaches of fiduciary duty, contested ownership and control issues, director-removal proceedings, and corporate dissolution actions. He also represents companies facing allegations of fraud and other business torts across a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, consumer products, higher education, and professional sports.
Adam’s clients value his practical, business-oriented approach to litigation. Whether pursuing affirmative claims or defending against them, he focuses on achieving efficient, strategic resolutions that align with his clients’ legal and commercial objectives.
Adam maintains an active pro bono practice. His representations have included a New York resident alleging excessive force by law enforcement agents during an arrest at his own home, a Texas death-row prisoner seeking post-conviction relief in federal court, public housing residents pursuing habitability claims, and Central American families seeking compensation after being unlawfully separated by U.S. immigration authorities.
